Shipping and packages
Shipping costs are non-refundable once the package has left our office. If a shipment is canceled before processing, you may request a refund of the shipping cost.
Money transfer
Money transfers can be canceled and refunded only if the funds have not yet been picked up by the recipient, subject to the policies of the network used (MoneyGram, Ria, etc.).
Mini market
Mini market products may be returned within 7 days with your receipt, provided they are unopened and in original condition. Perishable products are non-refundable.
